Why We Exist

The reason Empact HR was built.

We have watched what happens when people and infrastructure are neglected. Great employees leave. Business owners carry unknown risk. People problems become existential crises. Not because leaders do not care, but because they never had the right infrastructure, the right support, or the right partner in their corner.

Kareem Davis.
Founder & Chief HR Strategist.

Kareem Davis did not start at the top. He started as an HR intern and learned this profession from the bottom up, working through every level before leading HR at the executive level. That path, from intern to executive, is the foundation of how Empact HR approaches every engagement.

Along the way he touched every kind of organization. Startups finding their footing. Family businesses trying to grow without breaking. Nonprofits doing mission-driven work. Fortune 500 companies managing thousands of people.
